LaBS at the HSE April Conference

On April, 18, 2025, Nikita Kozlov, LaBS research assistant, participated in the XXV Yasin (April) International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development.

Nikita presented his paper "Political connections matter: how Russian banks engage in government credit support programmes" (coauthored with Maria Semenova). This research project funded by the Russian Science Foundation grant № 25-28- 01083.

On the same day the first part of this project - A New Approach to Identifying Political Connections: Evidence from the Russian Banking Sector - appeared as a working paper in the WP Financial Economics.
